Following suit, I too am so excited for what’s to come in 2015!!!
2014 brought so many wonderful experiences, challenges & growth. My husband and I were able to travel to Germany alone, we got to go back stateside and hang out with our families for a few weeks. The girls turned 2, both boys are in school full time, Lucas had surgery which has vastly helped improve his speech delay. My Shaklee business is still going strong, I have maintained the weight lost while using the Shaklee 180 program and our family is healthier than they have ever been.
This year I am starting my goals early. Are you a goal setter? Do you want to be more organized with how you set goals and achieve them? If you’re like me and want to achieve goals, listen to the Dave Ramsey Entrepreneur podcast about setting goals. It will change your life. Seriously.
For me I break my goals down in to broad “BIG” goals for the year, then I break them down in to monthly goals and then every day I do something to work towards that monthly goal that in turn works towards the “BIG” goal.
- Faith: Daily time in the Word
- Family: Quality Time each day
- Work: Shaklee Coordinator
- Health: Lose 10lbs
- Home: Be diligent with Organization
- Faith: Nightly Devos w/hubby
- Family: 2 game nights w/boys, 2 crafts w/girls, 1 date night
- Work: Schedule 10 new member calls
- Health: Cleanse, start T25 alpha
- Home: Clear out bedroom, take load to the dump/charity shop
I also like to do a word for my year.
2013 – Determined
2014 – Grow
2015 – CONQUER
I am going to conquer these goals. In my devotion the other day I read: Luke 6:40 Everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher. It went on to talk about how, as Christians, we are to try to be like Jesus. We should follow His ways the best we can. I feel like this completely applied to a lot of things in my life right now. I need to be in the Word more in order to have a Christ-like mindset. But I feel that this also applies to the rest of my life. In order to grow in my business and conquer my goals, I need to be trained by my teachers who have succeeded in this business.
So I am excited to start off this New Year with so much ahead! A few friends and I have started an accountability group to help us stay on track with our health goals, I have meetings set up with my team leaders to help me become a better leader for my personal team, and hubby and I are excited to start digging in the Word together to grow closer to our Lord.
Do you have goals or a word for 2015??
