I know I said I was taking a break but I just had to share this!
I got on the scale for my weigh in and realized I am only .4lb from my goal weight! Say what?!!!
What have I been doing?
Honestly, just making good eating choices. In the mornings I’ve been having a Shaklee meal bar or smoothee and then lunch is either another meal bar/smoothee or a protein w/veggies or fruit and whole wheat toast. Dinners are just whatever I end up making but typically I try to cut my white carbs for dinners. With that said, I still make home made pizza with white flour, home made chicken fingers with white flour…you get what I’m saying. I still am having foods I like but I don’t eat as much of it and it’s not that often.
Anyway, I was so shocked by the weight loss that I actually got on the scale 5 different times, moving the scale to different parts of the bathroom just in case it was a fluke.
So then today, I decided instead of cleaning like I should be that I’d take some of my typical weight loss photos.
