I can’t believe this is the month 5 vlog post!!! I am SOO close to my goal weight! I can’t even believe I’ve made it this far! When you first start a weight loss journey, it almost feels like nothing is changing bc they are small changes day to day. Then, months later you see an image of yourself & are amazed!
For me, having this community around me for support is truly one of the main reasons I’ve been able to get this far. I’m not even kidding you. Yes, I still enjoy my usual “treat”, I still drink my coffee with my cream & sugar but I have made SO many other changes in my diet & exercise that it still works for me.
How do you get to your goals? Do you have a good support system?
