Things are going pretty well. I’ll be honest though. I slacked off this past month. My parents were here the end of March through the beginning of April & I fell ill with this awful cough. I’ve seriously had the cough for over 3 wks so I hadn’t been doing much of any exercising until this last week. And as far as the Shaklee180 products, the smoothies just didn’t appeal to me because it would cause me to cough more bc it was so thick.
I was pretty good about staying within my calorie range so I’m lucky enough that I didn’t gain any weight this month. The last 2 wks I’ve been better about getting in my shakes & I’ve started doing crossfit workouts since I’m so very limited in my time during the days. I am LOVING the crossfit exercises!! I’ve been following the blog CrossFit Mamas. They post a workout Monday-Friday & most of the stuff can be done right at home – and the greatest thing is that the workouts are all under 20 minutes! My workout today was only 9minutes and I seriously fell like I was going to die- but in a good way of course. I’ve found that there are some things I can’t do since I don’t have a box & pull-up bar so I just make adjustments. I am very excited to see my results next month after following the Shaklee180 plan strictly as well as doing these workouts.
As for my actual weight loss, I’ve lost 2 lbs this past month. I’m quite pleased since I wasn’t doing “well” but I’m a tad disappointed to know I could have lost more if I had more control & just sucked it up. Oh well, here’s to moving on!
I can’t really see a big difference since last month, and I didn’t really expect to but with my measurements I know I did have some losses. I did notice that my belly didn’t seem as “flat” as it was last month but that’s because I’ve got the lovely cycle visiting soon so I’m a tad bloated. Blah.
