Just checking in on those of you doing the 30 day challenge with me….if you don’t know what I’m talking about here’s what I posted a few days ago…
What: 100 sit-ups & push ups**
When: Daily (switch between the two – basically sit ups one day, the next is push ups)Why: You want to stay fit
Where: In your own home
**the 100 sit-ups & push ups can be done throughout the day, just so long as you complete the 100!

Here’s a recap on how I’m doing:
Days #1-4 – GREAT!!! So proud of myself!
Day #5 – not so great – I haven’t done ANY of my push-ups today. bad bad michelle. I have committed to doing both sit ups AND push ups tomorrow to make up for my slacking today.
